Brief description: Guy is just a bit on the tall side, wiry and muscular and with a shock of blond hair that he usually keeps mildly spiked. His demeanor is laid back and generically friendly, and his clothing is normally kept simple, dark trousers tucked into sturdy boots and loose-fitting shirts. He does normally have a thin sword on his hip, and around his neck is a choker with an odd sort of tag; if anything is printed on it, however, it's on the side that is not visible.

Brief personality/strengths/weaknesses: Guy is not a difficult person to get along with. He's normally cheerful and optimistic, though he does have a good sense of realism that tempers it; he is not naive, but he knows that, while planning for the worst is always wise, things almost never go as poorly as they could. Granted, this doesn't keep him from seriousness when the situation calls for it, and he's not afraid to knock some sense, verbally or otherwise, into someone when friendly advice and support fail to work. He is loyal, but part of that loyalty means looking out for a friend's best interest even when it involves a bit of tough love.

The sword he wears isn't just for show, either. While not a master swordsman, he is still a force to be reckoned with; he knows how to use a blade and is more than quick enough to dart in and out of an enemy's range. He has a somewhat intense love for machinery of all types, and when confronted with something new he's very quick to mess with and examine it to find out just how it works, and while he's not a mechanic by profession he does know his way around enough to fix most things when they're broken.

On a somewhat unrelated note, Guy has, for no discernible reason, a paralyzing fear of women. Guy is not a misogynist, as sexism in general strikes him as rather unproductive, but being in close proximity to females of any age sends him into an uncharacteristic panic. He is very apologetic about it, knowing that it's irrational and probably rather offensive, but thus far he hasn't been able to do much about it.

Brief history: Guy's past isn't something he often discusses, and bringing it up with him earns the inquirer only vague answers and a serious dampening on his normally cheerful nature. The most anyone has been able to get him to say is that he is, to his knowledge, the last surviving member of his family, and that the circumstances that led to the situation happened a long time ago. He refuses to divulge the entire story.
